It’s funny… I love long hair, and I always have long hair. But every 4 years or so, I get bored and chop it off. Usually I get really upset once it’s gone and promptly regrow it. Well, I went and got a hair cut yesterday, and I think I actually like it! lol. Here’s the before…
I think the stylist had a mini heart-attack when I told her how much we were cutting. She looked at it and said “oh, you want to trim?” and touched my ends. And I just laughed and said “nooo, up to here” and pointed toward my shoulders. She asked me if I was sure about 10 times. I’m pretty sure I even heard a muttered “Oohh, I don’t want to cut your hair” as she held up the scissors. Once she started snipping, she did a great job. Here’s the results:
It’s a little shorter than I was thinking, but I love the layers and stuff. And as an added bonus, the ponytail we snipped off was long enough to be donated to Pantene Beautiful Lengths, an organization that creates wigs for women with cancer. Let me know what you think about the new hair!

I think you look beautiful!!! Its crazy that you did this, i have been thinking about chopping off my hair too!!! Im not sure if im going to but, now i think I might since you did!

Yay, I’m glad you like it! That’s a funny coincidence… make sure you send me pics it you end up cutting your hair too.
